Has anyone else had issues with calculation funds to their PS4 wallet? I've tried via app (which doesn't even let yous add funds anymore), pc, and console. Everytime I become to add funds I get the mistake "An error accord, please try after". It'south the same credit card I've been using for years, there's no issues on my credit card end, and Playstation chat was useless. They told me information technology was my credit card's fault, simply my credit carte company says there's no problems on their stop. And so now my renewals no longer automatically go through for PS+ nor can I add funds for in game purchases. At present i have to go buy PS cards at the market every dang time. I'm besides unable to add/use a paypal account because it says it'south already connected, but it doesn't permit me to employ it to add funds.

Anyone experience this? If so, whatever work arounds or ideas how to gear up this?

@JapaneseSonic It'south been several months at present, possibly even a year. at that place are no issues on my end, credit card is totally fine. It'southward been incredibly abrasive because in that location are times when i want to add together money and going to the market place to buy a prepaid card is not user-friendly.

Then all this time that you guys have had this problem, mine has been perfectly fine. Until today anyway. Now I have this trouble and nobody with PS can or will assist! Everyone take whatever updated info?

I'm having this result likewise. In the by, I'd receive an error bulletin, simply then after I log back in with my password, information technology would work. However, now, I can't become it to work at all. I chatted with Sony and they could not determine the outcome (according to them, they didn't accept an event on their end). Would dearest to get this resolved and so I can add together funds to my wallet and so my son can purchase things.

@SSJ_Kevid -you will have to buy the prepaid cards now and load them. Make sure that you have funds there when the rebels need to be done! After this happened with mine, two days later the Visa Fraud Services office called me and there was an attempted charge for almost $400 on my carte du jour for Sony Entertainment, Inc. For a booking fee. WTH is the booking fee for? What do they book? Hell if I know but what I practice know is information technology was fraudulent for certain! They then cancelled my card and I had to get a new card for my business relationship! Be careful with this mess. I well-nigh wonder if there isn't a group of hackers that are putting some kind of cake or sequel that changes the numbers when they are submitted and then they won't get through! And so when people take this issue and they can't get any help from Sony, they stop upward feeling helpless and the charge goes through before they know about it and since they already chosen and documented that they can't use the card with the PS, how do they show that this accuse that went through is fraudulent????? That is the merely possibility that even makes sense to me. I mean how else can Sony non be ably too tell anybody what the consequence is when there is clearly something causing an issue that they cannot see and it's not an issue with my credit card!

I'm having the same upshot. I've added funds to the wallet countless times and have been using the aforementioned credit cards on the business relationship but for several months now I can't add $. Nor can I contact anyone outside of the chat bot, which doesn't accept the necessary fixes.

I was having the same result. Hither's what worked for me :

1. Go to Payment Management and remove menu.
two. Re-enter the card info.

After that i was able to add funds with no problems. This can besides help if you lot have an expired card. Old info on the organization not updating properly.
